Paju Jangdan Soybean Water

Beans are ground using a millstone, a traditional manufacturing method. The reason why we stick to the traditional method is that it grinds the beans more finely and preserves the softness and flavor of the beans better.

It is made using only chemical-free Paju Jangdan soybeans grown in the Demilitarized Zone. Compared to other beans, they are thicker and more glossy than other beans, and about 50% higher in isoflavones, called phytoestrogens, and very high in anthocyanins, which have anti-aging effects.
